Perhaps if there are 5,000 cities on Earth including Doral, and Doral is not the least successful, then it's one of the most?

"I think he has tremendous condo capabilities. He's got a lot of shoreline." ~ Trump, on North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un
Antarctica has a lot of shoreline, hardly a tourist mecca.
I checked South Korean beach resorts, several listed. Few if any images mirroring Miami Beach. BUT
I like the idea of transitioning NK from totalitarianism to tourism. Money works in cold climates too.

Is Musk a saboteur? Deliberately trying to harm or destroy that nation that made him one of the wealthiest in the solar system?
That would explain it.
It's not the only possible explanation.
Though perhaps seemingly less plausible, Musk may think somewhat as Trump seems to:
if a government entity has not benefited me directly, is is of no benefit.

Would they prefer to live in a nation of illiterates, without public school education?

"We spent the weekend feeding USAID into the wood chipper. Could have gone to some great parties. Did that instead." ~ Elon Musk, posting at 1:54 a.m. Monday

Did anybody else notice Trump's wording with regards to taking over Gaza?

He did not say that the U.S.A. would own it:

“We’ll build safe communities a little bit away from where they are where all of this danger is,” he said. “In the meantime, I would own this. Think of it as a real estate development for the future. It would be a beautiful piece of land.”

"We'll build..." as in the U.S.A will build and pay for, but ... (just like the U.S. paid for the wall NOT Mexico.)

NOT "we would own this." He said "I would own this."

Slip of the tongue or his true intent?

I have an uneasy feeling about the next four years.

Please let the record show the most destructive adversity confronting the United States, and the Constitution that has protected us for centuries, is not:
- Middle East terrorism
- global pandemic
- Russia's military adventurism.

It's the Republican political party, the "GOP", which now has a stranglehold on both houses of our legislature, our supreme court, and our exec., the U.S. presidency.

Has there been a more perilous adversity confronting U.S. since the U.S. Civil War?
The "checks-&-balances" our Founders integrated into our democratic republic have been thwarted, circumvented, neutralized.
