The war in Iran (or whose war is it anyways?)

By his logic every country in the world would be justified in attacking the US. After all, they already have weapons so they might use them.

Yes, that is an easy way to detect bias, by reversing the situation and seeing of the same result would still be appropriate.
And what is so ironic is that the US is the ONLY nuclear violator so far.
We used weapons that destroy whole cities, on civilians.

Joe Kent, the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, became the first senior Trump Administration official to resign in protest over the Iran war on Tuesday, claiming the country posed “no imminent threat to our nation.”
Kent, a veteran and former Republican Congressional candidate, was confirmed by the Senate in July 2025 to lead the agency charged with detecting and analyzing terrorist threats, despite criticisms from Democrats and others that his embrace of conspiracy theories and history of ties to far-right extremists were disqualifying.

Apparently other countries are siding with Iran over our attack on them.

On 16 March, an Australian government minister stated that Australia will not send ships to the Strait.
On the same day, Japan's Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi also ruled out any current plans to send Japanese navy ships to help escort oil tankers through the strait.
European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said that the EU was exploring the possibility of expanding the scope of its existing naval missions, Aspides and Atalanta, or establishing a framework for the strait similar to the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
She called for a diplomatic solution to the crisis.

Several EU members ruled out military involvement in the crisis: Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Romania, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
France emphasized that a naval escort mission would only take place when the war is over, with French officials saying that Greece, Italy and the Netherlands have shown interest in such a mission. Also on 16 March, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said that for now the United States is happy with the increasing number of ships crossing the Strait.

Trump says NATO's refusal to help on Iran is "very foolish mistake"

President Donald Trump on Tuesday said the United States had been ‌informed by most of its NATO allies that they did not want to get involved with the country's military operation in Iran, a move he described as a "very foolish mistake".

Speaking at an Oval Office event, Trump said NATO countries ‌were supportive of the joint U.S.-Israeli war, which has now entered its third week, even as they ‌did not want to ‌get involved.

"I think NATO is making a very foolish mistake," Trump said. "Everyone agrees with us, but ‌they don't want to help. And we, you know, we as the United ‌States have to remember that because we think it's pretty shocking," ‌he added.

Trump called on nations to help police the Strait of Hormuz after Iran responded to U.S.-Israeli attacks by using drones, missiles and mines to effectively close the channel for tankers.

But several U.S. allies said on Monday they had no immediate ‌plans to send ships to help unblock the strait, effectively rebuffing Trump's plea for military support.

Earlier on Tuesday, Trump wrote on Truth Social that "Because of the fact that we have had such Military Success, we no longer 'need,' or desire, the NATO Countries’ assistance — WE NEVER DID!." He singled out Japan, ‌Australia and South Korea.
