Giuliani agrees to cease election fraud accusations against Freeman, Moss

Rudy Giuliani agreed to cease accusations of election fraud against Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, the two former Georgia election workers who won a $148 million judgment after a judge found the former New York City mayor guilty of defaming the two women.

On Tuesday, Giuliani "agreed to never again accuse either [Ruby] Freeman or [Shaye] Moss of engaging in any wrongdoing in connection with ....

I know I've said this before but shortly after 911 I was at a major industry conference where he was the keynote speaker. All I can say is that he was very impressive. And there was also a private dinner for some very senior executives and lawyers (even the location was hush hush because they didn't want the press bothering people) and I spoke to a couple of attendees after the fact and they said he was just as impressive there. But for some reason he went completely off the rails.

Quite fitting for his grave marker (if they give him one).

Was it worth it Mr. Mayor? Is what you accomplished worth the sacrifice you've made of your own reputation? What is your proudest achievement in your political involvement with Trump?

‘Travesty’: Federal Judge To Rule On Rudy Giuliani’s Assets Amid $146 Million Judgment

Story by Kevin Scott

Knewz.com is reporting that election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss are attempting to enforce a $146 million defamation judgment against Rudy Giuliani. Freeman and Moss have requested a federal judge in New York to seize Giuliani's properties, bank accounts, and luxury items.

Giuliani faced 13 charges in Georgia where he is accused of conspiring to undermine the state's election results favoring Joe Biden. He claims the guilty verdict is a "travesty" and insists he had the right to question perceived election fraud. He is also named as a co-conspirator in a separate federal case against Trump regarding efforts to overturn the election results, though he is not charged in that case.

Judge Hilariously Shreds Rudy Giuliani’s Latest Legal Defense

Rudy Giuliani had the dumbest defense for not surrendering his assets.

Rudy Giuliani tried out a new legal defense on Thursday, arguing in a Manhattan courthouse that he couldn’t possibly hand over his assets to Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, a pair of 2020 Georgia poll workers whom he had repeatedly defamed, because he simply didn’t know where they were.

At a hearing, U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman said that the idea that neither Giuliani nor anyone else in the world has knowledge about where his assets are was “farcical,” reported Reuters.

“If he doesn’t comply, then I’m sure that I’m going to get a motion for contempt,” Liman said. “He’s not going to be in contempt if he’s made efforts and it’s impossible to comply with the order, but that’s the standard that he’s going to be held to.”

Aaron Nathan, an attorney for Freeman and Moss, also noted that it appeared Giuliani had been shuffling his assets around, opening new bank accounts and creating limited liability companies.

“It’s troubling that we learned about it on Monday for the first time,” Nathan said.

Those assets would include Giuliani’s Mercedes convertible, which he was seen driving in Florida on Election Day, making it a little difficult to argue he doesn’t know where it is.

Another asset is his Manhattan penthouse, a famously immovable object, which Giuliani was ordered to hand over within seven days to the ....

Rudy may well be understandably desperate. For starters, Trump has made a reputation for himself of refusing to pay his debts to those Trump owes.

Compounding that, some reports indicate Giuliani reportedly has $negative net worth, "under water" in shirt-sleeve English.

If that's karma for Rudy, what the Devil is in store for the Donold ?!

Can Donald Trump Pardon Rudy Giuliani?
Story by Margaret Hartmann

Is Donald Trump about to make all of Rudy Giuliani’s legal troubles go away? That’s the impression you might get from the former presidential lawyer, who has been living life like he just has to make it to Trump’s second inauguration on January 20, 2025.

In October, Giuliani was ordered to turn over almost everything he owns — from his Upper East Side apartment to his 1980 Mercedes — in order to pay

Can Donald Trump Pardon Rudy Giuliani?
Some expert opinion is U.S. presidents can only pardon for federal crimes, but that accepting such pardon is tantamount to a confession of guilt.

I suspect a presidential pardon imparts exemption from further penalty. I doubt it also administers refund for penalties already incurred.

Meanwhile, will the current president pardon his son Hunter? President Biden is already on record that he will not. So Joe, what's worth more? Your soon to be retired reputation? Or your son's welfare? If Trump pardons the Jan 6 insurrectionists as he's promised to do, is pardoning Hunter Biden really all that unreasonable?

Seems to me the criterion of acceptable partisan advocacy within the Republican party has stampeded blindly away from veracity, validity, and conservatism,
to wide-ranging bigoted bias confirmation.
