Again, President Trump has renewed my longing for satire, an era when irony, wit, or outright derision was recognizably more extreme than the subject satirized.
It's getting bad when you have to check to see if something is really something that Trump said/did or is it satire.

The pic. you've posted is worth 1,001 words.

a) Since the mid-1950's if not for longer than that there's been a phenomenon called "trick photography". I don't know how the graphic in #2,634 was derived, but
b) because of so many headlines about it I suspect A.I. may be involved in the generation of the graphic, high enough resolution to identify some of the Tarot cards.

The satirical merit of the graphic acknowledged.
But I see no obvious clues it is A.I. generated.

In the case of post #2,634 that may be inconsequential. BUT !
It's also fair warning. The next A.I. you see may be generated not for satirical entertainment, but for political deception.

I watch a lot of Pinterest videos, and it is amazing how many of them are fake and AI generated.
The way I can tell is that while the main movement looks real, there is something wrong with the details.
Like sometimes you can see the shadows change direction.
I saw a video where hundreds of large, dark bears were jumping off a cliff into the water, and the way you could tell it was fake is that the number of bears in the water never increased.

May 2-4 peaked my curiosity?
{...
The upcoming Victoria Day holiday is on Monday, May 20.
Victoria Day — honouring Queen Victoria’s birthday — is a Canadian statutory holiday celebrated on the Monday preceding May 25.
It is also known as the May 2-4 weekend since it marks the unofficial start of the cottage season, which usually comes with a few cases of beer and because May 24, 1819 is Queen Victoria’s birthday.

Which then had me looking up "cottage season".
{...
Cottage Season typically refers to the time of year when people engage in buying, renting, or enjoying cottage life, with significant differences between peak and off-peak seasons.

Buying

  1. Off-Season Advantages: Many buyers choose to look for cottages in the fall or winter to avoid the competitive summer market. Purchasing during these months can lead to lower prices, less competition, and more negotiating power with sellers who may be eager to sell before winter.
  2. Seasonal vs. Year-Round Cottages: Understanding the differences between seasonal and year-round cottages is crucial. Seasonal cottages are typically used for leisure during warmer months and may lack the insulation and amenities needed for winter living. In contrast, year-round cottages are designed for comfortable living throughout the year, equipped with proper heating and insulation.
  3. Lifestyle Implications: Seasonal cottages often provide a simpler lifestyle, focusing on relaxation and recreation during the summer. They are usually located in picturesque areas, ideal for weekend getaways and summer vacations. Year-round cottages, however, offer the potential for full-time living and hosting family gatherings throughout the year.
