Had the governor already studied this, and consulted with her team of experts in time to reach a reassuring prosecutorial conclusion?

How the stare decisis consequences of this victory will affect school lunches & trans kids I wouldn't care to guess. But I wish our children well. No child in the United States should be allowed to go hungry, even if it means one less ICBM in our arsenal.
