Mitch McConnell returned to the Senate on September 14 after a three-month absence, arriving in a wheelchair and speaking slowly with some difficulty. He had missed 60 consecutive roll-call votes after a June fall left him briefly unconscious and required treatment for pneumonia and weeks of rehabilitation.

Since his return, video has circulated of colleagues appearing to guide him on how to vote on the Senate floor. He holds a Senate seat until January 2027 with no competency requirement to serve.

Costco receives $184M in tariff refunds, plans to pass savings to shoppers​


Costco revealed it has received $184 million in tariff refunds from the federal government, with more money expected.

According to The Seattle Times, the Issaquah-based retailer said it’s putting the refunds toward lower prices on everyday products and nonfood items.

Costco reported nearly $96 billion in fourth-quarter revenue, up 11% from a year ago. Net income rose 15%.

You may be obscuring the point here S2.
I'm not sure the intended message is that it is so.
Seems to me the message here is that Fmr CIA Director John Brennan worked for six presidents, and was a loyal servant of the whole People.
That's an indication Brennan wouldn't sink to simple partisan insult. Instead the former CIA director's comment can be regarded as truthful, even if also unsupportive of the current administration.

Brennan may be choosing a side in the partisan mud-slinging Trump has catalyzed on Capitol Hill. BUT !
While we have all witnessed partisan bias prevailing over integrity, accuracy, honesty, Brennan seems to be applying a more respectable standard.
It may be difficult for some to recognize. It's refreshing. Let us hope it is not too little too late.
