ARTICLE 2. SECTION 1. 7 Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:-"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

ARTICLE 2. SECTION 3. He [the president] ... shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed"

ARTICLE #14: Ratified July 9, 1868
SECTION 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Deporting a U.S. citizen without due process is a violation of the United States Constitution.
It is the sworn duty of the president of the United States to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed".

President Trump has knowingly failed this Constitutional obligation under the guise of enforcing immigration law. "Lock him up !"
