The Second Term of Donald J. Trump as President of the United States of America

He's trying to pardon state crimes his co-conspirators committed now.

He can say he's giving her a pardon all he wants. She was convicted under state charges and Colorado has already told Trumpery NO two times.

National park gift shops are ordered to purge bias-driven DEI and woke merchandise

Interior Department memo gives parks until Dec. 19 to remove woke, DEI retail items from gift shops

As the Trump administration continues to expand its crackdown on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), America's national parks are taking a second look at the merchandise they sell.
A memo sent out by the Department of the Interior on Nov. 25 reiterates Sec. Doug Burgum’s Order 3416, which instructs the implementation of President Donald Trump’s Executive Order (EO) on eliminating diversity-related programs and addressing gender ideology.
National Park Service (NPS) units are instructed to make sure all retail items comply by Dec. 19.

The Trump FBI is drawing up an enemies list that could encompass well over half the US public:

Do you “advance… opposition to law and immigration enforcement”?

Do you have “extreme views in favor of mass migration and open borders”?

Show an “adherence to radical gender ideology,” meaning you think trans people exist?

Do you exhibit (what the Trump administration would interpret as) “anti-Americanism,” “anti-capitalism,” or “anti-Christianity”?

Do you display “hostility towards traditional views on family, religion, and morality”?

Congratulations—you may be headed for Attorney General Pam Bondi’s “list of groups or entities engaging in acts that may constitute domestic terrorism.”

“Terrorism,” of course, is the magic word that strips you of all sorts of legal protections, especially in the post-9/11 era.

This is from a Justice Department memo obtained by independent journalist Ken Klippenstein—which goes on to instruct the FBI to set up “a cash reward system” for people who turn in those promoting such thoughtcrime, and “establish cooperators to provide information and eventually testify against other
members” of groups with these dangerous ideas.

This is the implementation of the Trump administration’s avowed policy of .....

I hate to admit it, but I was so disappointed in Biden's support for the wars in Palestine and the Ukraine, that I actually voted for Trump.
Little did I know he was going to impose tariffs on whole countries even if they sold us products we do not even make. And the horrendous treason Trump is doing with ICE is unbelievable.

I can't make much sense of it R5.
I suspect Biden acquiesced to the Israeli lobby.

A.Y.K. about 40% of the U.S. electorate votes reliably Republican.
Another ~40% votes reliably Democrat. THEREFORE
The outcome of U.S. elections are determined by the remaining 20%, the so called "swing-voters".
What I've read of it is, presidents that go against the Israeli lobby don't fare well in subsequent U.S. elections.

Ukraine?
I believe Biden was nuclear blackmailed by Putin on Ukraine. The U.S. / NATO has the conventional (non-nuclear) military power to expel Russia from Ukraine. BUT !
Putin threatened nuclear escalation.

" impose tariffs on whole countries even if they sold us products we do not even make" R5 #2.028
My opinion, Trump is OJT, trial & error.

"You're going to have such great healthcare at a tiny fraction of the cost." candidate Trump 16/10/25 from campaign podium

“Nobody knew that healthcare could be so complicated.” President Trump, after realizing he's broken his promises on improved healthcare

"Horrendous", a good pseud for Trump if he ever posts here. BUT !

After Trump's involvement in the January 6th insurrection, and a few dozen felony convictions, should we really be all that surprised?

The Posse Comitatus Act signed into U.S. law on June 18, 1878, &

United States Constitution ARTICLE2. SECTION 3.
"He [Trump] shall ... take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed"

How many times has Trump already perjured his oath to the Constitution?

I saw an unmarked black car cut off a woman and then these guys in black, wearing masks started pulling the screaming woman from her car.
It looked like a sexual assault or car-jacking.
When I asked what was going on, they did a body slam, that left me unable to remember my name or address for hours.

Six of One - Obamacare vs. The Affordable Care Act

The problem is that in 1957, the IRS started allowing employers to write off health insurance for employees.
That started the insurance company take over of health care, which double the costs because insurance companies want people to not be able to afford health care if they do not have insurance.
The solution seems obvious, which is to make insurance illegal and make health care public again, as it was before 1957.

This is a new phase unfolding under the Trump administration, which is called Operation Public Order. Its purpose is to build infrastructure designed to manage dissent and resistance.

At the center of Operation Public Order is a rapidly expanding data and surveillance backbone. Palantir now earns over a billion dollars a year from government contracts alone, with multiple new and expanded federal agreements extending into 2026. These systems are not primarily about investigating crime after the fact. They are built to connect people, events, and locations; identify and flag organizers; map networks; and predict collective action before it fully materializes.

Why this approach? Because resistance movements (especially those standing up to ICE and successfully pushing enforcement out of their neighborhoods) cannot be neutralized through force alone. Instead of overt crackdowns, Operation Public Order relies on preemptive control.

In New Orleans, this looks like coordinated monitoring and information-sharing across local law enforcement, federal agencies, and regional intelligence hubs. The focus isn’t isolated incidents, it’s ....

Did this occur during the Trump administration?
Do you think the outcome would have been different if you stood 20' back, capturing the action on video camera?

If Trump likes the U.S. so much, why all this?

" It never ends " S2 #2,037
I'm not wild about the never ends part of this. But
the It part is also dispiriting.

Trump's Machiavellian excuse for disregarding the hearing impaired reflects Trump's own ego. Not what's more important, but what's important to Trump.
It's a simple cost : benefit calculation, tantamount to writing off that segment of the electorate.
