The Second Term of Donald J. Trump as President of the United States of America

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION - ARTICLE 2. SECTION 2. 1
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States ...

And the Military Code of Justice has something to say about that:

Under the military's Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), service members have a duty to disobey any order that is clearly illegal, such as one that violates the Constitution, U.S. law, or international human rights standards. Conversely, failing to obey a lawful order is a violation of Article 92 of the UCMJ, and can result in punishment, including a court-martial. An order is considered unlawful if it directs a service member to commit a crime, is beyond the authority of the officer, or otherwise conflicts with the law.

The latest idiocy ....

BREAKING: Trump declares WAR on reality again — now says he’s canceling 92% of Biden’s presidency just because.

In the latest episode of “Trump Makes Up a Constitutional Crisis Because It’s Friday,” the president has now announced he is voiding virtually every document signed during the Biden administration — because Biden allegedly used an autopen.

Yes. An autopen.

The same decades-old device that's been used by presidents of both parties, including Reagan, Bush, Obama, and Trump himself.

But according to Trump, this is all part of an elaborate conspiracy by “Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk.”

No, this isn’t satire. This is actually what he posted.

Trump claimed — with zero evidence, naturally — that 92% of Biden’s documents were signed by machine, then declared that all executive orders, directives, and anything else “not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden” is now canceled.

Canceled. As in: the sitting president just announced he’s invalidating four years of government because he said so.

Add it to the ever-growing list of authoritarian fantasies Trump tries to turn into policy.

And he didn’t stop there. Trump then threatened to charge Biden — a private citizen — with perjury if .....

There is something suspiciously covert about the shooting of two members of the West Virginia National Guard in Washington, D.C., something that should not be so quickly dismissed as “conspiracy theory” simply because it makes the powerful uncomfortable.

The suspected shooter is an Afghan refugee who worked as a CIA operative during the war. He lived quietly in the Pacific Northwest, then drove more than 3,000 miles to Washington, D.C., where he shot two random National Guardsmen in a relatively quiet part of the District near the White House.

He didn’t cooperate with police, just as someone trained in CIA protocols wouldn’t. And somehow, inexplicably, this man had been granted legal asylum by the Trump administration this past April.

Let me repeat that:

Trump’s administration approved his asylum months before this shooting.

So yes, it is absolutely fair to ask the uncomfortable question:

Was he still under CIA influence, and was this attack engineered to justify an .....

Remigration is often used “as euphemism for ethnic cleansing, intended to sound more benign than ‘deportation’ or ‘expulsion’ to a broader audience” … and the official DHS just used this word.

And euphemism a slightly less unattractive shade of lipstick to slap on the pig.

SHANIA TWAIN JUST WENT FULL COUNTRY FIRE ON TRUMP IN A LIVE IMMIGRATION SHOWDOWN:

“Man, you’re tearing families apart and hiding behind a suit and tie.”

The studio froze for 17 seconds of pure, stunned silence.

The network had promoted it as:

“A Conversation on the Border with President Trump and special guest Shania Twain.”

They expected warm Canadian politeness, a charming laugh, maybe a soft-spoken message about unity, or even a gentle line from You’re Still the One.

What they got instead was the full blaze of a woman who has spent decades singing for working families, single mothers, wounded hearts, and people fighting their way through the world one hard day at a time.

Jake Tapper asked the question everyone knew was coming:

“Shania, your thoughts on the new mass-deportation policy?”

Shania didn’t flinch.

She adjusted her jacket, lifted her chin with that unmistakable country-pop confidence, and looked Trump straight in the eyes. When she spoke, her voice carried the grit of small-town Canada and the warmth of Nashville stages:

“I’ve spent my whole life singing about love, about pain, about the folks who work themselves raw just to survive,” she said, her voice low and honest.

“And right now that love is breaking — because somewhere south of the border, a mama’s crying for a child she might never see again.”

The audience gasped.

“These people aren’t ‘illegals,’” she continued.

“They’re the hands picking crops, fixing roofs, running kitchens — doing the jobs nobody else wants so men like you can ride in private jets and brag about numbers.”

She leaned slightly forward, calm but blazing:

“You wanna fix immigration? Fine.

But you don’t fix it by ripping children from their parents and hiding behind executive orders like a scared man in an expensive tie.”

Seventeen seconds of silence you could slice with a pocketknife.

Tapper froze mid-note.

Trump’s face flushed the color of a desert sunset.

Secret Service shifted uneasily.

The control room missed every bleep they were supposed to hit.

Trump finally started:
“Shania, you don’t understand—”

Shania cut him off — slow, steady, devastatingly direct:

“I understand watching friends lose everything trying to put food on a table.

I understand people working themselves sick just to stay afloat.

And I understand a man who’s never had to worry about missing a bill lecturing hardworking families about ‘law and order’ while he tears parents from their kids.”

She took a breath.

“Don’t you dare tell me I don’t understand the people of this country.

They’re the ones I sing for.”

Half the crowd jumped to their feet cheering.

The other half sat stunned, mouths open.

CNN hit 192 million live viewers, shattering every previous record.

Trump stormed off set before the commercial break even aired.

Shania stayed.

She smoothed her jacket sleeve, stared gently but firmly into the camera, and said:

“This isn’t about politics.

It’s about humanity.

Wrong is wrong, even when everyone’s doing it.

I’m gonna keep singing for the heart of this world until my last breath.

Tonight, that heart is hurting.

Somebody better start healing it.”

Lights down.

Country-pop mic-drop — without the mic.

The world didn’t just watch Shania Twain go nuclear.

It watched a legend stand up.

And the echo still hasn’t faded.
