BREAKING: A federal judge humiliates Donald Trump's top Border Patrol officer in court by using his own arrogant words on Fox News to destroy his case because they "directly contradict" what his lawyers said.
It turns out that the guy who literally dresses like a Nazi officer isn't exactly Einstein...
“If [the judge] wants to meet with me every day… I look forward to meeting with that judge to show her exactly what’s happening," Border Patrol Commander-at-Large Gregory Bovino told Fox host Harris Faulkner.
The problem? The asinine remarks came at the same time that Bovino's attorneys were trying to argue in court that those nightly check-ins constitute an “extraordinarily disruptive" burden on Bovino and inflict “irreparable harm” on immigration enforcement efforts.
On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Sara L. Ellis implemented the check-in requirement because Bovino has faced legal censure due to his team's brutal, blatantly authoritarian tactics.
His goons have mistreated protestors and journalists and faced scrutiny over their body cam compliance and use-of-force reports.
“I did see Mr. Bovino’s interview on Fox News, where he did state that he was excited to come to court and that this would not impede his activities or his ability to manage the operation at all,” said the judge.
“So I was a little surprised just to see that the government’s position… was directly contradicted by Mr. Bovino," she added..
Bovino has become a lightning rod for criticism as the Trump White House ramps up its immigration crackdowns. He has begun wearing overtly Nazi outfits and last week he was accused of violating a court order after being filmed deploying tear-gas against protestors. He's the last person in the world that should be given an ounce of power and exactly the kind of monster that Trump gravitates towards.

Tone it down.” But no, this is real life under the Trump restoration, where the FBI director moonlights as a tabloid protagonist and “national security” has been reimagined as a PR stunt with taxpayer-funded special effects.
It began with an airplane. A $60 million FBI Gulfstream, to be precise, a jet intended for high-stakes counterintelligence operations that somehow found itself making repeat trips to Nashville, Tennessee, home of Kash Patel’s 26-year-old country-singing girlfriend, Alexis Wilkins.
Former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin noticed the pattern: Penn State, Nashville, back again. Patel’s girlfriend performing on stage; Patel’s taxpayer-funded aircraft idling on the tarmac. He posted the data publicly. And just like that, poof, the FBI’s flight tracker vanished from public access for the first time in its history.
When the flight records surfaced, the internet did what it does best: it turned federal misconduct into a meme. Analysts joked that Wilkins must be an undercover agent, because really, who else would volunteer to spend that much time with Kash Patel? If she is a spy, she deserves the Medal of Valor for deep cover endurance.
Wilkins fired back online, accusing Seraphin of “grifting” and “fake outrage.” He responded like only a man who’s paid his own rent could:

BREAKING: Barack Obama went after Trump DIRECTLY, shredding his vanity projects while millions of Americans struggle to afford food and healthcare.
At a rally for Abigail Spanberger in Virginia, Obama said, “The government is shut down and the Republicans who currently are in charge of Congress, they’re not even pretending to solve the problem. They have not even been showing up to work, not in session.”
Then he turned his fire on Trump: “As for the president, he has been focused on critical issues like paving over the Rose Garden so folks don’t get mud on their shoes, and gold plating the Oval Office, and building a $300M ballroom.”
That’s when Obama delivered the punchline that brought the crowd to its feet: “So Virginia, here’s the good news. If you can’t visit a doctor, don’t worry, he will save you a dance.
And if you don’t get an invitation to the next White House shindig, you can always watch the festivities and all the beautiful people on True Social.”
Obama didn’t stop there. He mocked Trump ruthlessly.
“They’ve devoted enormous energy to entrenching themselves in power, punishing their enemies, enriching their friends, and silencing their critics. They’ve put on a big show of deporting people and targeting transgender folks. They never miss a chance to scapegoat minorities and DEI for every problem under the sun. You got a flat tire? DEI. Wife mad at you? DEI.”
“What they have not devoted energy to,” he said, “is helping you. They haven’t lowered housing costs or made groceries more affordable. They haven’t improved our schools. They haven’t made healthcare more accessible. They haven’t shortened your commute or prepared young people for the future where AI might take their job.”
THIS is leadership – calling it like it is. It’s corruption in designer shoes. While families choose between rent and medicine, Trump is building ballrooms and gold-plating his ego.

Besides the fact that vice president Vance was getting felt up by Charlie Kirks mourning widow by running her hands through his hair, there is the utter and complete befuddlement of this particular and I don’t mean to put this too gently but *scumbag* saying that this shutdown is because of Democrats!
Not only is Mr. Hillbilly Elegy suffering from selective amnesia, he seems to be afflicted with what neurologists call, ‘Bubonic Dumbfuckititus’ which he has clearly gotten from being around Trump and Kash Patel. Mr. Vance seems to have forgotten that he was once one of the millions of Americans who were using SNAP benefits but now he claims this is the Democrats fault which is unspeakably dishonest since Don the Con signed an order telling the Secretary of Agriculture to not release the emergency funds that are available for both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

And of course speaking of Mr. Patel, he said once that he thought it was an outrage that Mr. Chris Wray who was head of the FBI chosen by Trump getting to use a Gulfstream 5 which operated at a cost of $19,000 an hour to go wherever he felt like going on FBI business.
Interestingly enough, Mr. Patel has a brand new FBI Jet which cost the people $380,000,000 which is a transcontinental Gulfstream 80 which of course he needed the other day to fly to San Francisco for a ‘date night’ with his girlfriend who is a Republican ‘influencer’ who happens to be 19 years younger than he is. Of course there is absolutely no chance whatever that Mr. Patel would try to make himself a member of the ‘mile high club’ on a brand new FBI jet under any circumstances because reasons. I guess there was some official FBI business going on that a grand jury will be interested in learning about if of course Trump doesn’t ....

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ordered Judge Cannon — a partisan appointee of Donald Trump who oversaw his federal criminal case and ruled that Smith's appointment was unconstitutional — to stop delaying the release of the rest of Smith's report.
Cannon previously placed a block on full disclosure of the Justice Department report that stemmed from Smith's exhaustive probe. The court cited "undue delay” delay by Cannon but have allowed her two months to act properly before ruling on whether to lift her order.
The Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University in tandem with the nonpartisan watchdog group American Oversight petitioned the court to force the release.
"By keeping this order in place, Judge Cannon is undermining both accountability and the rule of law," stated American Oversight Director Chioma Chukwu.
"There is no legitimate reason for the report's continued suppression, and it should be posted on the court's public docket without further delay," said Knight Institute Director Jameel Jaffer.
The American people have a right to know the full truth about their felon president. We deserve to see all of the evidence that Smith accumulated and we deserve to see it now!
