Fine.
Mental defect is not unique to the President of the United States of America.
Not only are there experts on this. There is rational motive to apply this expertise for constructive purpose.

Typically a patient might be examined in clinical setting, to obtain a behavior / cognitive baseline.
While President Trump may or may not consent to completing such examination, is it necessary?
There are enough statements made in public by President Trump over the past decade to substitute from this clinical standard, are there not?

Further, the Constitution, the supreme standard * in U.S. law, already designates protocol for this presidential contingency, including the 25th Amendment.
Is there a compelling reason such scientific information should be withheld?

As a pediatrician and as a father to a child with autism, I want to respond to the comments made last night. “The crisis of autism, the horrible horrible crisis”.

First, autism is not a ‘horrible crisis.’ My son and so many other children on the spectrum are not a crisis, they are children with unique strengths, challenges, and incredible potential.

Using language like that fuels stigma and fear, and that does real harm to families who are already navigating a lot.

You can advocate for children, want more research, Looks for environmental causes and still choose to see our children are not a crisis.

Yes, the number of autism diagnoses has increased over the years. But that rise is due to better awareness, improved screening, and broader diagnostic criteria. We are identifying children who, in past generations, would have been overlooked or misunderstood. That is progress, not catastrophe.

What families need is not fearmongering or blame. What we need is action, more support, more resources, more inclusion in schools and communities, and more investment in therapies and research that improve quality of life.

Autism is part of my son’s story, but it does not define his worth. He is joyful, capable, and loved. And every child with autism deserves to be seen in that same light.

So instead of framing autism as a crisis, let’s frame it as a call to build a more inclusive, supportive society, where every child is given the chance to thrive.

You might not remember that Trump’s escalator at the UN General Assembly meeting a few days ago suddenly stopped, because it was a minor technical error that most people would have forgotten about immediately. Not Trump, who, in his perpetual paranoia and megalomania, has decided that there was some kind of grandiose United Nations plot to turn off his escalator and cause him and the First Lady to trip and fall, or something.

It's not easy to find a comprehensive outline of this seemingly hastily prepared Comey prosecution.
Independent reports corroborate that the statute of limitations hastened this indictment.

Based on character, it seems Comey has the edge over Trump.
So why barge forward with a losing case?

Have they forgotten that when a Supreme Court vacancy occurred during the Obama administration, Majority Leader McConnell [R-KY] simply refused to perform his Constitutionally enumerated "advise & consent" obligation thereby shifting the ideological balance of the court?
Didn't McConnell himself say "Elections have consequences"?

So what?
If the Democrats allow Republicans to do this without consequence, should we / they be surprised when Republicans continue with it?

What can the Democrats do?
In the case the Supreme Court, when President Biden took office why not increase our high court complement from 9 to 11, adding two Biden appointees, thereby restoring the ideological balance the electorate voted for by putting Obama into office for 8 years?

In short, the REAL reason DJT is suddenly sending troops into Portland, Oregon — in case it felt random. Literally -- follow the money. Let me explain…

Yesterday, (Sept. 27th), I shared DJT's post on Truth Social:

“At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect war-ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary.”

Out of nowhere, he declared Portland “war ravaged” and ordered in troops.

Oregon officials — Gov. Tina Kotek, Mayor Keith Wilson — immediately said it was nonsense.

Portland was calm.

No one had asked for help.

Local leaders flatly told DJT the number of troops needed was 0.

So why Oregon? Why now?

I don't have enough information to know if it's that clear.
BUT ! if so, that suggests this Epstein deal is "nucular" peril for Trump / Republicans.

Care to predict whether Trump will be able to suppress it until Jan 20, 2029?

Occupying our large, blue, cities has been planned for years in Project 2025. Using the military to impose authoritarian style “law and order” is by design. The creators, implementers, and the president of the United States, are purposely using our soldiers to intimidate, repress, and control our people.

LA, DC, Chicago, Baltimore, NY, Oakland, New Orleans, St. Louis, and now Portland, each time he even threatens to invade a city, he sends panic through local governments. As they scramble to protect their citizens, and uphold their fealty to the constitution, tension builds on the streets. Fear, mistrust, division, anger, all inspired by the tyrant and his team.

THAT is called terrorizing.

We are being terrorized by our own government.

THEY are the domestic terrorist organization.
