The Second Term of Donald J. Trump as President of the United States of America

September 19, 2025 (Friday)

Today U.S. District Judge Steven Merryday threw out the $15 billion lawsuit President Donald J. Trump filed on September 15 against the New York Times for defamation. The judge, who was appointed by President George H.W. Bush, called the complaint “decidedly improper and impermissible” and took Trump’s lawyers to task for using a legal complaint as a public forum for abusive language.

Noting that the two defamation counts followed eighty pages of praise for Trump and allegations against the "hopelessly compromised and tarnished 'Gray Lady,'"—an old nickname for the New York Times—he set a forty-page limit on any amended complaint.

The administration’s pressure on ABC to fire comedian Jimmy Kimmel is very unpopular, as G. Elliott Morris of Strength in Numbers notes, with people polled by YouGov on September 18 seeing it as an attack on free speech.

That unpopularity showed today when podcaster and senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) celebrated Kimmel’s firing but called the threat of Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr to retaliate against ABC “unbelievably dangerous.” Cruz called Carr’s threats “right out of a mafioso coming into a bar going, ‘nice bar you have here. It’d be a shame if something happened to it.’”

He explained: “I think it is unbelievably dangerous for government to put itself in the position of .....

How to ensure that those companies will move those jobs out of the US

Trump imposes $100K fee on H-1B visas in new immigration action

Story by Alejandra Jaramillo, Adam Cancryn

President Donald Trump signed an executive action on Friday to impose a $100,000 application fee for H-1B visas — in an effort to curb what his administration says is overuse of the program.

“We need great workers, and this pretty much ensures that that’s what’s going to happen,” Trump said from the Oval Office, where officials detailed how the measure would incentivize companies to employ American workers while .....

Do we really need that 1st amendment BS?

“To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. Nothing but the truth should be spoken about him or any one else. But it is even more important to tell the truth, pleasant or unpleasant, about him than about any one else.” Roosevelt spoke these words in Kansas City on May 7, 1918.

I have proudly stated that on many occasions that Trump is a quisling servile Russian bitch who will do anything to screw this country in every conceivable way he possibly can and there is absolutely zero evidence that could possibly controvert this obvious truth.

Give a man power and you will discover his real personality and Lincoln was right. Four years of Trump’s complete incompetence were not terrible enough for 77 million absolute morons to vote for this traitor again. 34 felony convictions showed that Republicans do not believe in the rule of law in any way shape or form. They do not trust their fellow Americans to make a good decision unless they are the most craven political whores imaginable.

As we speak, American farmers are harvesting their soybeans which alone represented $12 billion in orders from China per year. Once Trump imposed his tariffs, China cancelled all of their soybean orders. Trump in his infinite arrogant stupidity did not think that there were other countries who can grow soybeans but .....

I agree with this….. do you?

Mark Ruffalo sent a blunt warning to Disney about what would likely happen if Jimmy Kimmel Live! is canceled following ABC‘s suspension of the show over Jimmy Kimmel‘s remarks about Charlie Kirk‘s death.

On Saturday, September 20, the icon behind the Hulk in The Avengers took to Threads to share a report that Disney’s stock dropped by 7% after ABC suspended Kimmel’s late-night show.

“It’s going to go down a lot further if they cancel his show,” the 13 Going on 30 alum warned. “Disney does not want to be the ones that broke America.”

Kimmel’s sister, Jill Kimmel, replied, ....

FREE SPEECH!!

1758717928995.png

BREAKING: Jimmy Kimmel just SHREDDED Donald Trump in an EPIC 25-minute opening monologue after ABC caved and brought him back on the air. Kimmel did NOT hold back — and it was BRUTAL. Here are the highlights:

After weeks of being silenced at Trump’s demand, Kimmel came back swinging — torching Trump, his FCC cronies, and the authoritarian playbook they’re using to strangle free speech in America.

Right out of the gate, Kimmel mocked Trump’s FCC lapdog Brendan Carr, who has been openly threatening networks that carry the show. Kimmel scorched him:

“Brendan Carr is the most embarrassing car Republicans have embraced since this one. And that’s saying something.”

Kimmel reminded America that back in 2022, Carr himself wrote: “Political satire is one of the oldest and most important forms of free speech. It challenges those in power while using humor to draw people into the discussion. That’s why those in power always target it for censorship.”

Then Kimmel dropped the hammer: “So what happened to THAT guy? Now he’s Trump’s hitman, threatening networks on podcasts like some wannabe mob boss. That’s not legal.

That's not American. That is UNAMERICAN and it is SO dangerous.”

And then came Trump. Kimmel didn’t mince words:

“The president of the United States made it very clear he wants to see me and the hundreds of people who work here fired from our jobs. Our leader celebrates Americans losing their livelihoods because he can’t take a joke. He was somehow able to ......

And Trump is more than slightly pissed by the fact that Kimmel is back. And posting this before Kimmel's show can only guarantee that more people will watch it.

BREAKING: Donald Trump HUMILIATES himself on the world stage with unhinged, insulting speech at the United Nations!

Every day is a new low with this president and his administration of unhinged lunatics, but America hit rock bottom on the world stage today with Donald Trump’s speech to the UN in which he told everyone that he was right about everything and that their countries are “going to hell” by not being monstrously inhumane in their approach to immigration.

“You’re destroying your countries. I can tell you I’m really good at this stuff. Your countries are going to hell.”

Flitting from self-aggrandizing delusion to open, naked racism, Trump took credit for ending wars and trashing the UN for not solving wars themselves.

“I ended seven wars. And in all cases, they were raging with countless thousands of people being killed. This includes ....

Hard to get dumber. Presidential opinion overrules overwhelming evidence that Tylenol is not linked to autism. In fact the LARGEST double-blind study didn’t even happen in the USA.

1758737634616.png

BREAKING: Republican Senator SHUTS DOWN Trump’s dangerously stupid claims about Tylenol and autism!

Sen. Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, pushed back against Trump and RFK Jr.’s completely nonsensical assertions that acetemophin is the cause of autism in children. Writing on Twitter, Cassidy demand that the Trump administration release whatever evidence it has to prove this claim, because “the preponderance of evidence shows that this is not the case. The concern is that women will be left with no options to manage pain in pregnancy. We must be compassionate to this problem.”

Ironically, studies show that it is the sperm of elderly men that is linked to higher risks of autism, but the Trump administration has instead chosen to punish women by making it harder for them to get pain relief during pregnancy — but what else could we expect from an administration run by misogynist sexual predators?

Scientists across the world have vehemently pushed back against Trump and RFK Jr.’s idiotic conspiracy theories, pointing out there is ZERO credible evidence that this is the case.

“Available evidence has found no link between the use of paracetamol during pregnancy and autism,” said the European Medicines Agency (EMA). “A large amount of data from pregnant women who used paracetamol during pregnancy indicates no risk of malformations on the developing fetus or on newborns.”

Australia’s medicines regulator declared that “robust scientific evidence shows no causal link between the use of paracetamol in pregnancy and autism or ADHD, with several large and reliable studies directly contradicting these claims,” while the New Zealand’s Ministry of Health described paracetamol as “the safest medicine to take in pregnancy."

Once again, the entire world and even members of his own party are aligned in opposition to Trump and RFK Jr’s pants-on-head-idiotic ideas.
