a) That's an exceedingly alarming allegation of seemingly extra-legal kidnapping. iirc kidnap is a federal crime.
b) The best that I can piece it together, it's an allegation made by one person, a person unknown to me.
c) I'm not endorsing such protocol, but if it is in fact the case, why is it not on the front page above the fold on every major newspaper in the U.S., if not around the Western world?
Something about this doesn't make sense.
We'll see what a few days shakes out.

Reductio ad absurdum:
President Trump has quite an entourage. Trump may be one of the best-guarded bodies on Earth, almost as good as Putin, Jong Un. BUT !!
NYC has some martial resources of their own, and if they play this out, such battle would be on NYC home field, an advantage.

I'm not much for partisan tit-for-tat.
But the legislation at issue seems to be substantially below par, worthy of improvement.
It appears the reason Trump wanted one single "big" bill rather than several smaller ones was poison pill.
Trump as able to insert horrid terms into it, that would more readily receive trouble if isolated.
Some Republicans are anti-government, anarchistic, and oppose virtually all legislation.
We need laws. In prior presidential administrations it was not uncommon to hear "we are a nation of laws".
Problem is, in our fast-changing world, we need to keep up with change, or we'll suffer the consequences.

That's one advantage (or disadvantage depending on your point of view) of massive bills - people are likely to miss provisions buried in a thousand plus page bill. And that includes the politicians voting on them as well as their aides who are sppsed to inform them off all the details.
4PM media news reports the motion is adopted, & the bill's headed for Trump's signature.

BREAKING: Donald Trump’s ICE agents are caught on camera publicly urinating near a preschool playground after illegally trespassing onto school grounds in California.
And it gets so much worse…
The footage captured roughly a dozen ICE enforcers relieving themselves on storage containers just a stone’s throw from a children’s playground on June 17. It occurred after an estimated ten marked and unmarked vehicles invaded the grounds of Ruben Salazar High School.
School officials, uncowed by the the fascist raiding party, approached the agents, informed them that they did not have permission to be on the property, and demanded that they leave. The agents eventually complied.
“Please note that at no time was a legal or legitimate reason offered or provided as to why the ICE agents entered and remained on school grounds, nor did they provide any judicial warrant(s),” read the letter sent by .....
