Trump has done lots of illegal things, but paying hush money and labeling it as legal expenses is not one of them.
There is no question is it Letitia who should be the one prosecuted for that violation of law.
The only time anyone has any say in what booking label is used is when it is to avoid paying taxes.
And clearly hush money is not something you derive pleasure out of paying, and it is a legitimate tax write off.
