Even if not, silence means consent. Slaughtering starving unarmed civilians for attempting to obtain emergency food aid? That's not a war crime?

Not sure it matters. The meaning seems clear enough without it.

Some reports seem to indicate, independent of Hezbollah or Hamas, the Palestinian charter advocates the elimination of Israel.

Additional sources report Israel's own military officers, IDF, are echoing this BBC report. Not sure mutiny is imminent, but isn't Netanyahu already wanted by the international criminal court?
